Remembering paradise

Ah yes, just sitting back tonight and having a beer, remembering when I had the good fortune to visit the island of Mallorca back in 2006. It was a bitter sweet trip, mainly because my dad’s side of the family are a bit jerky, but very shrewd European business people. I did not fit in really well with them, however I got to see a lot of the awesome island. Maybe one day I hope to head back that way and visit. Maybe if I hit the lotto, I would buy a place there. We shall see.

Hi Christoph, I do have your site (Chicago Snapshot) in my bookmarks since several years now. I come from time to time to see your pictures. I live in Germany and used to travel for work to Chicago for several weeks a year. This time is gone now and I miss Chicago, so your picture always remember me the good time I had when coming to the US. Thank you.
